Check out Ross’s ideas epecially and the alternatives offered to akek your own dumbell and kettlebell handles and add cheap store bought wieght plates. Iron is iron and this is far better than spending your pay check on a million differant KB’s or an overpriced adjustable dumbbell handle.

I’d try looking online; Ebay for instance. Just watch out for shipping charges. The heavier the package, the more the shipping charges. Of course, not all online stores charge for shipping, so look around.

Ive been weightlifting for a while now and ive seen some guys doing kettlebell training but it seems like the majority of them have ZERO gains in volume/mass…. i just dont get it.. kettlebell training is intense from what ive heard and seen but i just dont see concrete results.. are strength gains the main benefit reaped?

Kettlebells are hardcore if you want them to be, some of the hardest stuff ever.

Every powerlifter I know does this stuff, every olympic lifter I know does it.. It is very good stuff.
